Rock Bottom Apps LLC ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how our apps handle your information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Our apps are designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our own servers. Specifically:

• We do not collect personal data such as your name, email, or location.
• We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks.
• We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data to third parties.
• We do not operate any servers that receive data from our apps.

LOCAL DATA STORAGE

Our apps store game progress, scores, and preferences locally on your device using the platform's standard storage (UserDefaults on iOS, SharedPreferences on Android). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

APPLE GAME CENTER (iOS)

Our iOS apps integrate with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Game Center is operated by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not access or store your Game Center account information. If you are signed into Game Center, your scores and achievement progress are submitted to Apple's servers so your rank appears on leaderboards. You can disable Game Center at any time in iOS Settings.

GOOGLE PLAY GAMES SERVICES (Android)

Our Android apps integrate with Google Play Games Services for leaderboards and achievements. This feature is operated by Google and governed by Google's Privacy Policy. When you sign in to Play Games, Google may collect your Google account identifier, gameplay activity, and achievement progress to display leaderboards and maintain your profile. We do not have access to your Google account information beyond what is needed to submit your score and unlock achievements. You can disable Play Games sign-in at any time from the Google Play Games app.

IN-APP PURCHASES

Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases to unlock additional content. These transactions are processed entirely by Apple's App Store (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android) — we never see your payment details, card numbers, or billing address. Refunds and receipts are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. Our app stores only a local flag on your device indicating whether you have unlocked the additional content.

CONTENT DOWNLOADS

Some of our apps download additional content (such as story illustrations, narration audio, or background music) from a content delivery network we operate on subdomains of rockbottomapps.com (for example, stories.rockbottomapps.com for Read with Moss). These downloads are anonymous HTTPS requests — we do not attach any user identifier, account, or device fingerprint to them. Standard server-side logs maintained by our CDN provider for operational purposes (such as DDoS protection and abuse prevention) are not analyzed by us, are not associated with any user identity, and are not shared with third parties.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our apps do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Any data sent to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services is governed by the respective platform's privacy policy and age-appropriate settings.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
